Terms of Service

What Chainopsy is

Chainopsy reads publicly available blockchain data and produces analytical reports about it. It is an analysis tool. It is not financial advice, not legal advice, not an investigation conducted by a licensed professional, and not evidence admissible on its own.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in method secure. If you sign in with a wallet, control of that wallet is control of the account — we cannot restore access to a lost key, and we will not transfer an account to someone who cannot sign for it.

One person or organisation per account. Do not resell access.

Credits and payment

  • Plans are prepaid. Crypto payments cannot be auto-charged, so nothing renews without you explicitly buying another period. There is no subscription to forget about and no surprise charge.
  • One credit covers up to 1,000 transactions analysed. Credits granted with a plan are issued at the start of each month of that plan; top-up packs do not expire.
  • Because payments settle on-chain and are irreversible, purchases are non-refundable once credits are issued. If a payment fails to credit your account, write to us and we will fix it.
  • Prices are shown in USD and charged in the cryptocurrency you select, at the rate quoted by our processor at checkout.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Chainopsy to:

  • harass, dox, or endanger an individual, or to identify a person behind an address for those purposes;
  • evade sanctions, launder funds, or facilitate any other criminal activity;
  • scrape, resell, or redistribute our output as a competing dataset or service;
  • attack the service — automated load beyond your plan limits, probing for vulnerabilities, or circumventing rate limits.

We may suspend an account that does any of these, without refund.

Accuracy and limits

Reports are generated partly by a language model working over facts we compute deterministically from chain data. Numbers, totals, and transaction references come from the chain — but attributions, labels, and narrative conclusions are inferences and can be wrong. Verify anything you intend to rely on. Chainopsy is provided “as is”, without warranty, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms. Questions: contact us.
