Privacy Policy

• Account identity. Depending on how you sign in: your email address and name from Google or GitHub, or your public wallet address. We never receive a password from an OAuth provider, and never a private key from a wallet.
• Investigation history. The blockchain addresses you look up, the reports generated, and your follow-up questions.
• Billing records. Payment amount, currency, plan, and the transaction identifier returned by our payment processor.
• Operational logs. IP address and timestamp for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

Private keys, seed phrases, or wallet approvals. Signing in with a wallet uses an off-chain signature (EIP-4361) that proves ownership and moves no funds. Chainopsy cannot initiate a transaction on your behalf, by design and not merely by policy.

The message you sign is single-use: the challenge is destroyed the moment it is redeemed, and it is bound to this domain, so a signature collected by another site cannot be replayed here.

• Payment processing — Plisio receives the amount and an order reference. It does not receive your investigation history.
• Model inference — OpenRouter receives the structured on-chain facts we compute for a report. That payload contains public blockchain data, not your account identity.
• Blockchain data providers — queried for the addresses you investigate.

We do not sell personal data and run no advertising trackers.

Investigations and messages are kept while your account is open. Delete an investigation and it is removed from our database. Close your account and everything except records we must keep for tax and accounting purposes is deleted within 30 days.

You can request access to, export of, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to privacy@chainopsy.xyz. We answer within 30 days.
